Alloy resistors (in milliohms) are used for battery equalization management to achieve high-precision sampling of charge and discharge currents. NTC thermistors monitor the battery temperature, and together with varistors, they suppress inrush currents to ensure the safe operation of the battery pack in extreme environments ranging from - 40°C to 150°C.
