Power Conversion System

Main Power Module:

Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET modules (such as Wolfspeed C3M0075120K), supporting 1200V voltage resistance and 75mΩ on-resistance, reducing switching losses by 70% compared with traditional IGBTs, adapting to 800V high-voltage platforms, and improving conversion efficiency to over 96%;

High-frequency transformers (TDK EPCOS B82791 series), using nanocrystalline alloy cores, with efficiency > 98%, supporting 20kHz-50kHz high-frequency operation, and reducing volume by 30%.

Rectification and Filter Unit:

Three-phase PFC (Power Factor Correction) chip (TI UCC28180), achieving power factor > 0.99, total harmonic distortion (THD) < 5%, in line with EN 61000-3-2 standards;

Film capacitors (WIMA FKP3) for DC bus filtering, with ripple suppression capability > 60dB, tolerating 100,000 charge-discharge cycles.
